Refund Policy

This schedule applies to both the class and material fees for Continuing Education courses. Note: Class and material fees can not be refunded after the first session of a course has started.

We will refund 100% of the event fees if FACS-ACE, Inc. cancels the event.

We will refund 90% of the event fees if you cancel your reservations at least TEN (10) business days before the first class meeting.

No refunds will be given if you cancel your reservations fewer than TEN (10) business days before the first class meeting.

No refunds will be given after a class begins, or if the student fails to attend classes.
